胸に水泡が出来てるし、耳からも汁が垂れてくるのですが、イノシトールを摂取していると耳汁が止まります♪ イノシトールが家に無くなって来たので摂取量を減らしていると胸が痛み出したのでまたたくさん飲もうと思います。 抹茶に混ぜて美味しく飲んでいます！
