French Market Coffee, Coffee & Chicory, Dark Roast Ground Coffee, 12 Ounce Metal Can

Having been on specialty coffee for a while now, it doesn't scratch that itch. But it's nice sometimes with condensed milk to remind me of times in Vietnam.

I've really enjoyed this coffee. The combination of coffee and chicory gives it a rich, bold flavor that's a little different from standard coffee while still being smooth and easy to drink. Despite being a dark roast, I didn't find it overly bitter. It has a deep aroma when brewing and produces a full-bodied cup that's great in the morning or throughout the day. I especially appreciate the unique flavor that the chicory adds. It gives the coffee a slightly earthy, robust character that makes it stand out from many other brands. The grounds brewed well in my coffee maker, and the freshness was excellent right out of the can. Overall, this is a quality coffee with a classic coffee-and-chicory flavor. If you enjoy a bold cup of coffee with a little extra character, this one is definitely worth trying.

Taste is too bitter for me

I really enjoy New Orleans style chicory coffee, this brand is great and not as overly expensive as the other famous yellow can brand. The taste is great, smoky, which I love. The coffee brews darker than your regular drip coffee

I buy this coffee to make cold brew that I drink every morning. The chicory tempers the bitterness of coffee and leaves me with smooth, strong coffee to make my breakfast iced lattes. And it reminds of the years my husband and I spent in New Orleans while he went to Loyola.
