I have been taking for over a decade. A great vitamin pack for taking advantage of the catalysts the vitamins and minerals offer to ensure your performance and immune system are top notch. Lots of vitamins in these so if you have the "I'd rather have them and not need them, than need them and not have them" attitude towards vitamins, then Animal Pak is a must have. Only thing I would warn is to avoid taking these close to bed time as they seem to give you an energy boost.

Great stuff if you do gym workouts used to be cheaper back in days i won't buy anything else. You won't be disappointed take plenty of water while using it.

I am able to hit gym harder. Less sore and i have somehow gained 5 pounds in 3rd week of using it. Unbelievable. Results may vary depending on your body. Wish price was a bit cheaper tho
