What I like: 1) Great size 2) Great design (I love that it’s transparent so I can see how much water is left) 3) What the reviews say about no condensation is true. I could put very cold or hot drinks inside but I’d feel nothing when I hold it and I don’t need to worry about the water condensation which is great! Even if there were some, it doesn’t drip down and require a cup holder or for you to wipe it 4) Easy to clean, lightWhat’s not so good: It doesn’t hold cold or hot drinks well. It’s obviously not as insulated as a thermal flask so it wouldn’t be able to keep your cold drinks cold or hot drinks hot for long. So this is great just to keep water or drinks you don’t mind having at room temperature, but may not be good for other things like… iced milo, for example.All in all still very happy with the purchase, great price for two of these and it’s really helping my sister and I to drink more!

I really liked the cups at first, great for smoothies. Unfortunately, though after one cycle in the dishwasher condensation and water became trapped within the walls of the cup AND the lid easily cracked and broke off rendering the cup useless. A good product in theory but it just doesn’t hold up well.

I like the tumblers, however I ordered them three times and returned two of them because all 3 times the box was open and the pink straws were always open, as shown in my photos. There were fingerprints on the inside of one of the sets. The last set had a slightly different design, as shown in my photos with both cup and straw designs, they probably changed manufacturers. I kept one tumbler set because I really like the tumbler itself.
