Help i need replacement cushions and canopy? who can help? i don’t know how to find the batch number.

I ran into the same issue a few years ago. I sent the screenshots of my order from amazon to kidkraft. I think I even found the batch number on the website and after emailing back and forth I gave up. I Ordered outdoor curtains in navy and stripe navy and some thick Velcro from Amazon and covered the cushions and canopy myself. I hope you have more luck than I did.
