I purchased this feeder warmer back in November and had it sent to my home country. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.Upon using it for the first time, I noticed it started sparking, which was quite alarming. After that initial attempt, the product never turned on again, rendering it completely useless. I feel like it was a waste of money.Additionally, there was no manual included with the product. We ended up relying on YouTube videos for usage instructions, which is not ideal.In summary, I would not recommend this feeder warmer due to its poor quality and lack of proper documentation.

Unfortunately i will have to give this a bad rating because it went off (burned) the minute we plugged it in. Turned out that this warmer is not compatible with UAE voltage. And now we have a useless piece of plastic.

The item came with a foreign plug. Once I found an adaptor I plugged it in and the machine immediately blew. It has blown the sockets in my kitchen also. Dangerous item.

Got a defective bottle warmer. Connected it to socket first time, worked for few secs and then it short circuited my room. After that the product didnt work. Waiting for a refund but no one came to collect the defective product and refund me. Disappointed.

It’s really difficult to trust other sellers.We finally decided to open the box and use since I stopped breastfeeding but it’s too late to return. The item is not working .

I ordered this before my baby arrives and yesterday I opened it to charge but it did not work and it caused an electric shock as the adapter used is not for the gulf region. I need a refund ASAP.
