I’m not sure what any of the negative reviews are for as I’ve just received this product today, used it on many products and it’s great! You just have to remember to remove the clear layer before running through your machine.. which it clearly states on the packaging! Great product!! Will be buying again!

Used this to refinish a badly scratched base of aN expensive chrome standard lamp. I tried sanding and polishing, spraying with chrome paint and had almost given up when I saw this. It couldn’t get any worse and I thought for the cost what have I got to lose?The results were amazing! It’s an exact match to the rest of the lamp and you can’t tell it’s been recovered. The base is round with chamfered edges so not the easiest thing to get a perfect finish onTop tip: Use plenty of soapy water on the surface you’re applying it to and a soft rubber squeegee to avoid air bubbles. For small chamfered edges let it overhang for at least 24 hours before trying to stick it down to allow the soapy water to dry out fully. Then gently heat it with a hair dryer and press it over the edges with a soft cloth. Finally trim it with a scalpel and you’d never know it wasn’t a sheet of metal.Top quality stuff

Having tried some of this manufacturers vinyl before and having great success with it, I decided to try out this Chrome silver vinyl. Having tried other brands in the past and having somewhat varied results I was a bit on the sceptical side. Using my Cricut Maker set on Vinyl, this foil cut like butter, it weeded easily leaving clean cut edges on my finished work. The adhesive holds well and so far shows no signs of peeling off. All in all this is now my go to choice for Chrome Vinyl.

Took the plunge and purchased this vinyl roll for some projects I’m doing after reading the good reviews.Overall, this product is easy to use and adheres well to the transfer tape and the item you wish to apply the vinyl too.The only downside I have is that it can be a little tricky to weed out intricate details.All in all, this vinyl is great value for money and I would purchase again in the near future.

Won’t use another brand after trying several! Easy to weed, fantastic quality and perfect adhesion.
