I'm now over 40 and I'm feeling the cumulative effects of 20+ years of skateboarding injuries. The pain in my left knee is such that I can't walk more than a mile now without the pain becoming too overwhelming and walking downhill or downstairs afterward is just excruciating. I decided that I didn't want my knee pain to ruin my vacation plans to take my kids to a certain mouse-themed amusement park for three days, so I ordered these knee sleeves hoping that they weren't as useless some of the other knee braces I've tried in the last ten years. I'm so thankful that I did because after three full days of marching all over Anaheim, it was just my feet that were aching, not my knee.I'm not the type to leave a review on Amazon, but the service I received and the experience I had with these sleeves convinced me that I needed to do so.FYI, I ordered these in medium as my thigh measures 19" at 5" above the center of my kneecap and the graphic indicated that the upper limit for the medium was 19.5". At first this seemed comfortable snug, but I noticed on the second day of use that the medium sleeve left my leg bruised and tender. I was disappointed and decided that these were just like all the other products I've tried that didn't help. Then Kevin at Blitzu actually emailed me just to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He offered to refund my purchase when he discovered that I was not pleased with the fit. Based on the customer service that I received, I decided to reorder the sleeves in large, which are just perfect. I've worn them everyday for a week now with NO knee pain and no tenderness in my thigh from the sleeve. I would totally endorse these if I had ever gone pro.If you want to manage knee pain, I recommend these wholeheartedly, but I'd also recommend ordering a size up if you are within an inch of the upper limit.

These knee sleeves are the best I have ever used over the years of having done some damage to both my knees. While I wait to get my MRI done for both knees my orthopedic doctor suggested I look for a sleeve brace without the copper in it. So not right began the searching and reviewing of what to get. After two weeks of reading and researching online the Blitzu company kept coming up with high ratings. Like I do with most stuff I buy I checked Amazon to see if they had the sleeves. They come in 3 sizes S/M/L. I measured my knees to see what one would be best for me size wise. I could have gotten the medium size but decided to go into the large as I was at the last size for medium and I didn't want to have issues of wearing if my knees were swollen up. As soon as they come in I open the package read how to wear them; got them on right away. I have some minor pain climbing the stairs with them on nothing like without using them. They do not slip or twist while wearing them. Depending on what happens after my MRI and follow up with orthopedic doctor I will be buying a second set so that when I am washing one I can have the other set on. I handed washed in woolite and rolled in a towel to get the excess water out. Hung to dry and they were ready in a couple hours. I have attached a picture with one brace on. In my opinion these are the only knee sleeves for me.

I am a construction worker. Over the years my knees have taken a beating. I believe that arthritis has set in and taken it toll. I researched Blitzu and others on Amazon. I settled on the Blitzu product, and I'm glad I did. I am constantly on the move at work negotiating many obstacles around the job site. Walking, bending at the waste and knees, lifting heavy objects etc. I find Blitzu sleeves comfortable to the point where sometimes I don't realize I have them on. The rubber banding around the inside helps to keep the sleeves in place. I do notice a good deal of support while performing my tasks. Very happy with this product

I recently had my knee operated on for a meniscus tear. Since the surgeon could see some arthritis he was planning to "clean out" as much of that as possible while fixing tear. Well the 20-30 min simple operation turned into 1hr 20 mins operation. In the recovery room thr surgeon gave us the bad news that my arthritis in my knee was "very severe." I was already bone on bone in that knee joint and since the other hurt also. Chances are high that the other knee is similar. Well ive tried,to relieve my everyday pain with lots,of different things including knee braces and knee compression. Notjing,really seemed to,help with the pain on the day I'm up and walking a whole lot. That is until I got,these amazing knee compression sleeves. When I wear these, while being up and active, my pain is much much less at night. I've been amazed with what these sleeves are doing for my knees!!!I'm 37 years old and played lots if,sports including college football. Then worked construction for 15 years, on my knees a lot. And now I'm staring down at 2,knee replacements in the not to distant future. But thanks to these new knee compression sleeves by Blitzer. I can hold off having that done much longer then expected!!! Try them for yourself and see!!

I'm not sure how this has such a high rating. It must be because the reviewer writes the review within the first month. I have patella femoral pain. I bought these to relieve the pain and for the first month they work great. After a month, they stop being useful. The compression is less and the sleeve slips throughout the day. I wear these all day long but really expected them to last longer than a month. Amazon was good enough to replace the first pair, but the second pair stopped being useful after a month as well. Do not buy, I think I'll try mava now or Uflex. It's UNCANNY how much blitzu looks like Uflex...this seems to a be a cheap knock off.

It is a very sturdy product and if it would stay in place it would probably have helped.
