The kit includes all you may need to make your sourdough bread. It's perfect! It has great quality materials and looks like in the photos. I'm a begginer and I had a great experience using each piece of the kit to make my sourdough bread! I loved the fact that you can join the baker's club and get recipes, I tried the starter one and was very usefull for me because it has clear step by step guide and even has tips. I used the mixer tool and its easier than do it by hand. Also I was very excited to use the scoring knife and try new patterns. I mainly bought the kit for the bannetons and they are perfect, solid yet light and you also get a guide for a proper care of it. I find all the tools and info, useful and complete, so far I love Shori bake kit, I will try all the recipes for sure!!!

I have purchased this 3 times (once for myself, twice as gifts) and it is such a wonderful set! If you are someone who isn’t sure about committing to long term bread making this is the perfect beginner set. I’ve used it weekly for over 2 years to make sourdough bread and it has held up really well. I wash the fabric in the washer as needed

I was very pleased with this Bread making kit. Came well packed and You can tell they do care to give Us the customers good products and packing. The materials have Great Quality and the bowls and mixer have a good size for the price. We always jeopardized when we order something on Line but I am not disapointed at all. Love it! I will buy it again. Recomended

Nice and good quality products. I just wish there were different packages choices. Like to have an oval banettone instead of two rounds or having an ufo bread scoring tool as a choice. It's great for a beginner Baker. I am happy with my purchase.

This is a great gift for the sourdough baker in your life. The baskets are very well made with no loose "hairs" on the reeds, and the liners are strong muslin, well sewn. (Be sure to really get flour into the fabric...more than you think is sufficient...wet doughs can create bad stickiness.) The dough beater is surprisingly heavy duty, and the lame is okay for a starter kit. Upgrade later if you find yourself making a lot of bread. For me, it's perfect. Bench scraper is a nice touch. Good instructions and lots of recipes and tips available online. It arrives in a really nice package, too. One of my favorite Amazon purchases.

I chose this set because I knew I wanted both a round and oval banneton with liners, I also knew I wanted a lame with extra blades, a Danish whisk, a bench scraper and a flexible bowl scraper. The value of all of these items in this one set was better than I could find purchasing everything separately. All the items seem to be well made and the lame blade slices into proofed dough beautifully. I have used the Danish whisk for mixing bread dough, noodle dough, and waffle and muffin batters; it works great and is easy to clean if you rinse it off before dough dries on it. I followed some instructions I found online to make the bannetons stick proof with a layer of flour and they have been working great, I haven't even tried the liners yet except as a cover. I'm very happy with this purchase.
