I had watched a video on Gua Sha a couple of years ago and I had previously used a spoon to massage my face. I liked the results but found the spoon method too cumbersome. Also, to tell the truth it was just one more thing to do after a long day. Sometimes just cleansing my face at night seems like too much trouble, so although I liked the face massage, I gradually did it less and less, until I was only doing it when I found I had a bit of spare time and actually remembered it. A couple of years later I am finding it harder to fight the signs of aging. My frown line on my forehead that I used to think was cute and gave me character is now turning into a major crevice (more character than I need). I am developing the lovely parenthesis lines at the side of my mouth and my eyebrows are beginning that gradual trip down south. I had been researching jade rollers so I could start up a more consistent face massage routine when I came across this. It seemed intriguing and I liked what I was reading in the reviews. I took the plunge and ordered one. I'm really glad I did. I've been using it for a couple of weeks and I swear I am already seeing results. My jawline (which I wasn't even concerned about before) is becoming more defined. The dreaded parenthesis lines seemed to have softened. The deep forehead crevice is still definitely there but my eyes seem to look more relaxed.My "Resting Bitch Face" is now more relaxed slightly annoyed, less bitchy face. LOL. I hope I can stick to a routine and keep this up and not fall into my old ways because the results I'm seeing are too good. The only thing that threw me off a bit was that I was seeing more pimples at first ( I have suffered with adult acne for years) , but I think that was caused by the stimulation and better circulation. My complexion seems to have improved since, but I can't say for sure if this has helped, or if it is from using some other products. Either way, this is a big win for me.I would definitely recommend this product.

I'm so happy with this Gua Sha face tool. Feels so nice on the skin. Appears to be Jade oe some type of stone. Has a nice weight to it and fits the contours of my face very well. Gave a great massage once I got the hang of it. I don't think mine came with instructions so I went to YouTube for a tutorial on how to use it properly. There are many! My favorite thing is to lay it across my eyes after looking a the computer screen for long periods of time. So cool and refreshing.

I just found out about gua sha, I did a lot of research on line trying to find the tool that would best fit my needs and I decided to take a chance an order this one. OMG!!! I am so glad that I did! It really fits the contours of my face, throat, arms and lower back--it is amazing! I love the cloth pouch that comes with it and the serum is unbelievable! It isn't greasy, leaves your skin feeling fantastic and the smell is heavenly! What more can I say? If you are looking for a gua sha too,l this is it!!! I promise you will love it as much as I do!

Beautiful quality jade piece. I didn't want to but a cheap low quality or fake jade guasha so I went with this one and it's perfect! Stays cool to the touch and feels so great on your skin. Worth every penny!

I suffer from what is called "Analysis Paralysis"--e.g. I often go waaaaaaay down the research rabbit hole and then can't decide what to buy. The gua sha rabbit hole was particularly deep and horrible. That being said, one of the clear winners has been the GingerChi gua sha tool. It is EXACTLY the right size and weight for scraping your face; none of my 4 other tools (from a different vendor) even come close. Also, I have had amazing results from using it--even after just a day or two, my forehead "squinty" wrinkles had pretty much disappeared. I did have one disappointment: my first GingerChi gua sha tool developed a widening crack within the first few days. But, thanks to the return policy, I was able to send it back and order a new one that doesn't seem to have the problem. Finally, the GingerChi gua sha tool really does look like it's made of jade. I compared it to two pieces of verified jade I own, and it looks just like my piece of pale green nephrite jade. Yay!

It's okay, gives you something to do to your face, no changes seen in use-- over 2weeks of use

I'm new to the whole concept of GuaSha, but I find it fascinating. And from what I've read, it makes sense, physically. I have been using this GuaSha nightly since I received it. It's a nice shape to use on the face and neck. No rough edges. A good size and pretty to look at. The instructions and diagram are quite easy to follow, even for a beginner like me. I enjoy using it. I use a jade roller afterward. I've only had it for a few days, so time will tell if it does what it says about smoothing fine lines. If so, I'll update this review.

The stone is sturdy and the instructions were simple and clear. The contours are nice and it will work for massaging the neck and back as well as face.
