Not quite as advertised.
These wheels DO NOT work and they looked used, with wear on some screws, wires and rubber as well as some screws missing. Treads are not the same, and the wheels feel like they have different resistances when hand-spun.

I've ordered it twice the first time it was damaged in shipping and the second time the wheels did not work and they were used wheels
