Perfect for my job

Hard spring. Not easy to use

The housing around the grabbing end is a bit thicker than I expected, so it was a bit difficult to fit it through the metal on the top of my drain. It still worked pretty well though, and also came in really handy grabbing a wire I was trying to feed through a wall.

You have to pull the drain plug out to use it. It's too thick to use with plug in. It has a nice grabber at the end. It's not bad.

I lost my tiny little chain in the shower. But I found the little diamond heart shape pendant on the floor. I did not notice it until two days later. I rushed to Walmart and I got two snakes devices not luck. I lost a bamboo stick in the drain trying to reach the floor of the drain. Oh no! I was so sad, I looked on Amazon all night for a device with claws. I received the next day. I was able to unscrew the top of the drain, I pulled the bamboo stick. It was tricky... Then, I reached down on the first tried and I pulled the chain. What a luck! I have to have a little happy dance. Thank you Amazon Prime ! You are awesome

The only bad part is that with use it gets very hard to open and close - often when I fully open it it’s impossible to get it closed without yanking it out and pushing it closed manually, which defeats the purpose.

It is a great product but sadly it is to wide to go down my restroom sink. Perfect for my kitchen sink. Very easy to use and clean.
