Do yourself a favour and read this book!!
I am surprised hospitals don’t recommend this book to every new mum/ parents! It contains so much more than explanation why your Bub is grumpy or acting unusual at times. I find the article about sleep cycles very helpful and personally am using the book more than the phone app just because I found the book easier to follow. Whereas the dates in the app can be confusing to some. Also info on what to expect with each leap is better explained in the book! Not mentioning extra info about background of how authors collected evidence and therefore wrote the book!
