well, maybe if you were to drill 4 holes for the clips to fit through assuming aquarium was made of plastic rather than glassI had a 10 gallon aquarium once for a guinea pig but it is really way to small, which is why I invested in the Midwest cage this time.

What about use for a holland lop (4lbs) rabbit

I think this would be a great size for a 4lb rabbit. It is almost too big for my 3lb LionHead - I only have to fill it 1-2times a week. It is heavy and she does not flip it over or spill food anywhere because it buckles nicely onto the size of the cage. It is easy to remove and clean as well, high quality materials.
