Q: Is this product also for colored clothes i have a red outfit with white stripes but only the white stripes had an color run accident

It will also lighten the red. I used it because I had this exact color run problem and I found that the red came out of the white great but the color remover also made the red look more orange/rusty. There's a chance I left it in too long and maybe if I had pulled it out just a hair sooner the red would not have been changed too noticeably but I doubt it. Bottom line: it's powerful stuff!

It should as long as the fabric is colorfast

I would follow the instructions for testing color fastness given on the side of the box. Pick a seam or an inside hem and test it. If the costume is washable AND if it is colorfast it should work. My guess, though, is that if the pink bled into the white, the costume is not color fast, and if you use the color remover, even if the color comes out of the white, the pink may change color.

Q: HOW many loads will this treat?

That depends on the size of the load and the water level you are using. Be sure to only use it on white or color fast clothing because it will also remove color like bleach does if it gets onto colored clothes.
