⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I bought this Dr. Trust steamer on 12 July, and it has stopped working. I used it only 2–3 times, so this feels like a complete waste of money. The product looked fine when it was delivered. I have purchased many electronic items from Amazon before, and they are still working well. Unfortunately, this time the quality has been very disappointing. My return window has already expired, so now I have no option except to rely on the warranty that was mentioned in the product details. Let’s see how well the warranty service works. If you’re planning to buy a steamer, especially an expensive one for medical use, I would recommend purchasing it from an offline store where you can get immediate assistance if something goes wrong. Very disappointed with this purchase.🙁
