as long as it is used by the expiration date and the tap is on it when not being used it works the way it is supposed to

Drops are just drops. Look for the "kit". It includes the bulbs syringe.

This product is a easier alternative to driving to the dr and having them clean out waxy, built up ears. Easy, fast and with paper towel on hand, easy clean up. Love not being deaf after flushing out the wax with Murine
