Love it! The packaging came with a label on top showing my address in hand-written writing and the little box it came in had a little branded sticker on it that was hand-placed. Definitely reminded me of buying homemade items off Etsy!I was a little bit worried as I requested that the font be bigger at the back of the cup in brackets on the customisation options text box when ordering; was a little paranoid they’d print the instructions onto the mug! But they didn’t, and they even printed a big heart symbol in place of my love heart emoji that I inputted, which is ideal! ☺️The only tiiiiiiny bit of feedback I have is that there are two male beans instead of a female and male bean. But this isn’t even a problem, as the mug is perfect nonetheless!Thank you for this brilliant mug 💕P.S. the print quality is too-notch 👍🏻

Nice cup
Nice little present for my husband on our anniversary. Quick delivery. Just think the price is a bit on the higher side . However having said that at least I could get a decent present even in lockdown.

Bad quality not worth the money
The mug came chippedIn addition, the graphic quality is nowhere near as good as expected (the writing on the back is also slightly blurry)The "male bean" doesn't have hair on top of its head and the "female bean" is missing its eyelashesVery disappointed with this purchase and not worth the price
