I use the mouth rinse, I carry the spray in my purse everywhere I go and at night I use the gel. I also use the toothpaste. It all works instantly and I love it. I panic if I can’t find it. I promise you it’s the answer to your prayers. It has a minty flavor and a little sweet tasting. Very refreshing actually.
