This is a really great flat iron!+ heats up super fast+ slides through my hair easily+ makes my hair silky and smooth- first one stopped working after a couple of months (which is apparently a problem that some people had) and I had to send it back via the reseller on ebay, which was a bit of a hassle, since they took a while to react and there was no direct way to send it back to cloud nine.But they did eventually send a replacement and it works fine now.
