I do not see a difference with the glasses on and off. How do I know if it’s blocking the blue light?

Use the little light that came with it to test it.

I have a measure of 2.5 on reading glasses. Are these glasses on measures too?

No, our anti-blue light glasses are non-prescription, but our lenses are detachable. You can change your prescription eyeglasses lenses to our glasses as long as the size matches.

how effective are these at blocking UV?

Pretty good so far; I haven't had headaches the past full week I had them on
