Can you apply this overnight? Like going to sleep with it? Can you apply it on natural lashes as well?

It’s more like hairspray for the eyelashes. It holds them in place I wouldn’t use it at night. It’s more to keep them together during the day.

Does it come with a protective seal or wrapped?

I believe it’s a protective seal. I use it daily with my lash extensions. It seems that it helps with lash retention.

Could this be used on "Natural lashes to seal Mascara?

I’ve never had anyone use it, for that purpose but I don’t see why not

I apply it right on the base of the lash, seems to work out fine. In fact, it keeps it intact!!!
