Hi! What is the capacity of the standard long Waterman cartridges in ml?

The long cartridges are 72 mm in length with about 1.45 ml capacity.

This fits all Waterman pens, so what's the difference from standard so110850 Waterman cartridges, much cheaper?

This did NOT fit my Waterman pen. It was too long. So I'm afraid I can't answer your question properly. Sorry.

Most likely not. I believe they are brand specific. These are very large tubes that fit the waterman nicely. there are smaller tubes S0194751 by Rotring that I have purchased on Amazon. They come at a very low cost with many units and work great for smaller reservoir pens. The pack is 6 per box and you can buy multiple boxes at one time to save more money. If you use your fountain pen a lot that would be my recommendation.
