G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series F4-3000C15D-16GVR 16 GB (8 GBx2) DDR4 3000 MHz C15 1.35 V Memory Kit - Blazing Red

A good friend of mine recommended that I try G.Skill memory. I am glad he did. When I started looking for G Skill memory I was impressed with the different types, sizes, and speeds that were available, as well as the prices. I have used the laptop memory, and used the desktop memory in several of my desktop computers with great success. The computers are stable, respond very well, and boot up right away without any memory problems. I opted this last time for the higher speed DDR4 memory and I have noticed an increase in speed when the computer boots, moves between applications, or screens, and when it shuts down, while using less energy. No problems or bottlenecks. Love it

At the time, was the best bang-for-buck ram for a Mini ITX build for my brother. 16GB is necessary for game streaming, and these fit the bill for his Ryzen stream-machine. Reliable RAM that worked with no issues at all.

Good ram. Still having trouble getting it to run close to 3000Mhz speed on the Gigabyte AB350-Gaming 3, even with the latest bios update. Did get it up to 2666, or whatever that speed is above 2400. Probably it's just me, because I've read that others have gotten it up to 2900.

This is some stylish RAM, let me tell you. I got it for a system I just built, going for a red and black theme, and it looks tremendous. Performance is... well, it's RAM. As long as you've got 8 gigs running at least 1600MHz, you're not going to notice much difference. But it's fast! More importantly, it looks great! You're really buying this for the looks, because let's face it, RAM is RAM. And this RAM looks dRAMn good. One thing to be aware of, it might not be compatible with your motherboard. I have the Asus ROG Maximus Hero VIII, and it's not actually compatible. Which meant that when I installed all four sticks, for a total of 32GB, the system wouldn't boot up. It would only work with two sticks. So I had to reset the CMOS button, and then it worked. But ya, just keep that in mind. Check with your motherboard manufacturer to make sure it works in your build. Other than that, outstanding memory, and I'm thinking about getting some more for my own system, which currently has some drab black RAM that looks rather shabby by comparison. Black and red ftw!

I've had these running for a solid month now and now issues whatsoever. Have them running on an Asus Hero VIII (Z170) with a 6600k and haven't had any compatibility issues, I set them to XMP in the UEFI and they run like they are supposed to.

This memory is not on the compatibility list of the Gigabyte AB350N, so I can not really blame the memory too much here. However, getting it to work on this board and a Raven Ridge (2400G in my case) is very hit or miss. It will work fine at 2133 speeds, AKA slow. After a lot of experimentation I have found out the following: BIOS F22b, a BETA bios from February, runs the memory perfectly stable at 2933MHz. To get that, in BIOS select XMP profile, then go down one setting and use + and - keys (or SPACE) to select "2933". That is the correct speed for AMD's chip, 3000 is not a supported frequency. Now, the currently newest BIOS F22, from March, will absolutely refuse to run this memory at anything >2133 stably in Windows 10. You might ask what is going on here.. I don't know. With this BIOS, the memory will pass Memtest86 with flying colors at 2933 MHz, but Windows 10 flips out and I have to do down to 2133 MHz. Back to the F22b BIOS, 2933 MHz stable everywhere. It could be something in the BIOS, it could be something in AMDs AGEIA code. I don't know. But here it is anyway. Good luck!

Ho acquistato questa ram (nella versione dual channel 8gb x2) per il mio assemblato che montava una semplice ram ddr4. La ram è stata riconosciuta immediatamente dal BIOS e dal sistema operativo, e grazie alle impostazioni xmp 2.0 ho potuto overclockarla semplicemente premendo un tasto nel BIOS della motherboard. Naturalmente con schede orientate al gaming estremo è possibile settarle in qualsiasi modo e con qualsiasi frequenza/voltaggio in maniera da supportare un eventuale overclock della cpu. Perfette. Non aggiungo altro.

I got this kit for £50 which was a steal. It's very fast and can be overclocked a bit more. They feel sturdy and the red colour works well with my build.

Muy buenos módulos ram a muy buén precio,los tengo montados en mi sobremesa y por ahora encantado con estos 16gb que sumados a los otros 16gb que ya tenía ,mi ordenador vuela a la hora de tener varios programas abiertos tipo Unity,Blender etc....

Je n'avais pas besoin de low profil et il me fallait du CAS15 donc je ne pouvais trouver mieux ! Détecter directement par le BIOS de ma carte mère ASUS asus z170 pro gaming. Couplé avec un I7 6700K ça pulse !

Ich nutze den Arbeitsspeicher auf einem ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming in Verbindung mit einem i7 6700K. Der Arbeitsspeicher funktioniert so wie er soll. Ich kann nichts beanstanden. Getaktet ist dieser auf 3000Mhz dank passendem Profil. Ich kann den Speicher nur weiter empfehlen.
