Excellent taste
This tea tastes so good it doesn’t need any type of sweetener. I don’t know if it’s helping with weight loss yet, but I’m hopeful.

Helps with Cravings
I'm trying to lose some weight for an upcoming vacation, and I wanted something to help curb my midmorning cravings. I didn't want anything like diet pills or anything that would make me too jittery because I hate that feeling. I have used tea in the past to help with my addiction to every junk food ever, but not tea specifically made to help with weight loss. I was also afraid to try detox tea because of some of the side effects that may occur. Anyway, it's been a week, and as soon as my cravings kick in around 10am I drink a cup of tea instead of having a snack. So far so good, I like the taste, kind of like cinnamon spice, and I have been able to keep my mind occupied until lunch. I plan to continue this routine for the next month until vacation, let's see how it goes.

One of our favorite green teas
Wonderful tea. Healthy and subtly cinnamon-y. Unfortunately, the tin was smashed because Amazon shipped it in an envelope. This is happening more and more often. Since the RoT company ships the tins in a padded box, you might want tea shipped directly from them instead of from Amazon’s warehouse.
