I love this hand strap. It is very easy to install and stays on the scooter even while I ride at full speed. It doesn't get in the way and it gives a small grip to help lift my scooter when going up and down stairs. I will say buyers beware if your scooter has a side port for the cords to power the wheels & lights this will get in the way. My design on my scooter has a cover to protect the cord but the strap rubble's against it and pushes the cover out, when I have to remind myself to push the cover back into the scooter.

Used on a 60lb and 120lb scooter and can lift comfortably.

I didn't use it at the endI found out having to hold the scooter itself is more secure and easier plus it won't tale that extra space

As someone with an folding electric scooter that I tote up and down multiple flights of stairs between office and home, I wanted something to make it a little easier. I was somewhat skeptical that the velcro would hold, but it does. It's also easy to slide it up and down on the body if you need access to the charging point or want to adjust its location, and doesn't get in the way of using the scooter, so it's an install-and-forget process.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the plastic handle grip is not fixed on the strap but moves, which I find less helpful as I sometimes have to stop after 1 flight of stairs to get a better angle/grip. But for the price, that seems a somewhat petty complaint, and I could probably wrap the webbing with something to make the handle stick in one place if I were really bothered by it.
