I works perfectly.
A great Butler. We had one previously and it lasted a long time. The pump for pumping out the delicious coffee wore out. It was fabulous for Family suppers and celebrations and barbeques.

The plastic bottom was broken when delivered. But the water was kept hot as expected.

Not Impressed by Product Quality
Product arrived pretty quick. Packaging was good. The matte black actually looks kinda good. Slight plasticky feel and the inner tube is plastic which I’m very unpleasantly surprised coming from an established brand.
