Walker & WilliamsG-907 Matte Black Finish Handmade Guitar Strap with Padded Glove Leather Back

I had bought a Levi’s padded leather (with a suede back) and returned it as it wasn’t comfortable given I was using it with a Les Paul and the suede would stick on my shirt not allowing it to slide properly (I recommend the suede back if you have an SG or any other neck diving issues but not for Les Pauls). After returning it I got one of these and was impressed with it’s overall quality. The leather on top and sewing are the same quality as the Levi’s but the padding and back leather are a little bit inferior (reason why I am giving it 4 stars). At one third of the price of a Levi’s strap you can’t go wrong with this strap and I dare to say you won’t find anything close to this quality on this price range

Heavy duty leather strap. Should last a lifetime. The padding is soft and comfortable. The only drawback for me is the leather is very stiff. Much like a leather belt. I would have preferred it to be more suede like.( As in soft and pliable) Perhaps in time the leather will get softer with wear.However; it does look sweet hanging on my new Butterscotch Blonde Tele.;)Also..... this strap is long!! I have it on the shortest setting and it fits me just right. I'm 6 ft tall,185 lbs. For those that like to sling their axe down low, there is plenty of room for you low hangers.

This is a beautiful, comfortable strap that is very well made and a bargain for the price. 3" wide is perfect width for comfort, support and looks. The leather is smooth and beautiful. The stitching is well done. And the padding makes this a very comfortable strap. My only complaint is the underside is too smooth and my Fender P Bass slides around too much. If you have a neck heavy bass, this could be a problem. Personally, I prefer a strap that offers some grip (I was going to take off a star, but this is a personal preference thing). Definitely worth checking out.

This is a serious strap. Not easy to fit onto the instrument because of the tight construction and design it feels and smells like quality leather put together by someone who doesn't want you to drop your favorite guitar. I cannot find any strap of this quality at literally 3x the price. Why waste time and money on anything else. I do not know how a better strap could be made and I work with leather in saddlery as well as play music.

These W&W straps are top-notch. I have purchased 4 of them in the past 2 months. I love em. They are made of excellent quality leather, the padding is really comfortable, and it doesn't detract from the guitar. I have a black strap for my black Tele, a beige strap for my PRS Santana golden maple, and a cogniac strap for my Vintage Cherry PRS Santana Standard. I have a black strap unopened ready for my next guitar.

For the price, I'm surprised at the quality. it's a heavy strap, mind you, and I might also mention that it is not especially long. In fact, I have it set for the greatest length, and the guitar hangs at JUST barely the right height. Seems like they could have thrown in an extra 6" of leather, frankly.

This strap is great. I use it on my Les Paul which is heavy. The leather is great, the padding is comfortable, and overall this is a super strap, especially for $30. I'd definitely buy it again
