Yes, a little bit. The "blue one" is for sensitive skin if the sting is too much for you.

found no step one mentioned, The numbers 1, 3, 3 are printed the label. The directions do say you may want to use the product twice and the number 2 is encircled.

Does this come with a seal under the cap?

No, it does not. I think our caps were taped shut but there was no leakage during transport, if that is your concern. Amazon has great customer service so if your product does leak I feel sure that they would replace it.

How does it compare to sea breeze?

It is a lot the same, but with less burning I think.

Surprised - the same product, new label

Thisis teh sames as the bottle that papears pink inthe past. I was disappoitned tha they sotppe dmaking the "astringent" but foudn this to simply be new name and clear. It works well and doesnt dry out the face or neck and helps clear dirt from your pores. This is not a substutiute for washing but a nice toner for after washing.
