Awesome, but buy at Costco
This is a fantastic playhouse, but it's $299 at Costco. Great instructions, sturdy, took me about 5 hours taking my time. Grandkids, 5, 3 & 2 love it.

Solid, Outstanding Product
Outstanding product, best I've seen in all my years of building stuff for the kids (4 kids). I put the entire set together myself. There are a lot of smaller pieces but once you get the hang of it, you'll need 3-4 hours doing it yourself. The quality is amazing, and everything is cedar. Only screw-up I could see is that they sent more of the larger screws than smaller screws. No issue with that. Everything fit where it was supposed to.Note: It does not come with a floor. What I did was to use pressure treated 2x4's to build support for the floor. I then went to Home Depot and got 10 cedar 6 foot dog-eared pickets. Cut off the top of the picket and used the remainder to lay down the floor on the 2x4. Now, I did that after the fact. With a little planning you can screw the walls into some 2x4's and the whole thing is up off the ground, then build the floor. But, the whole thing is cedar and my grandchild will be "aged out" by the time this thing implodes. Now, I added a few touches, sorry I don't have pictures. I put in a gravel pathway to the door, laid down cedar pine bark chips, and planted flowers around the pathway. Also, with the discarded tops of the fence, I built a tiny "privacy fence" . Looks cool.
