Something is not right — noticeably different from the same product purchased through Fullscript I have used this product consistently for months, and it has honestly been a lifesaver for helping me sleep through the absolute hell that perimenopause has been. I normally purchase it through Fullscript at the recommendation of my functional medicine provider, who has specifically advised me to avoid purchasing supplements through Amazon. I’ll admit, I’ve always taken that warning with a grain of salt. When I have purchased supplements on Amazon, I’ve been careful to check the seller and make sure I was purchasing from what appeared to be the actual manufacturer. I had never personally experienced a problem — until now. I needed this product sooner than I could get it through Fullscript, so I ordered a bottle from Amazon. After using the new bottle, I noticed it suddenly wasn’t helping my sleep the way it normally does. Eventually, I realized the liquid in the Amazon bottle was also a considerably different color. The Amazon bottle contains a noticeably darker yellow solution compared with the bottle I purchased through Fullscript. To test whether I was imagining the difference, I went back to my remaining product from the Fullscript bottle — and I slept great again. I can’t say why the two bottles are different or whether the issue is with authenticity, storage, age, formulation, or something else. What I can say is that the product I received from Amazon looks noticeably different and, in my experience, did not perform the same as the product I’ve been purchasing through Fullscript for months. I also attempted to contact Amazon for product support and was sent through an endless loop without actually getting any help or answers. After this experience, I understand why my provider has been so adamant about purchasing supplements through a trusted professional source. I won’t be purchasing this particular supplement through Amazon again.
