how do you turn them on?

Will these still work with bar end mirrors?

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our turning signals for bicycles and e-scooters. All versions of our WingLights come with standard mounters which are inserted into the handlebar's ends. Is there a way to install these on a Xiaomi electric scooter?

They install in the handle bars if you have handle bars that you can access the end of then yes they should work.
