Seems to be a pretty sturdy and well built system
Seems to be a pretty sturdy and well built system!1st issue I had with it is lack of any sort of documentation.2nd issue I used the 2.5 inch power/sata port, and it did not work. Looking closely at the board there was a block of 4 or 5 jumpers, that were labeled SATA. So I moved those over from one set of pins to the other, with the middle staying the same, and I now had power to the 2.5 inch power/sata port. It then showed up as port 2 in the BIOS.What this block behind the 2.5 inch power/sata port port does, I have no idea. See the pic attached.Comes with a power brick and an adapter to mount a 2.5 inch drive, well packaged.Already managed to chip the paint off the case in a couple of spots, so painting could be a little sturdier.I installed pfSense 2.3 RC 64bit, and have been able to get nearly 1Gbps from LAN to WAN, so that is good.So if they could get docs somewhere, and improve the paint, it would be 5 stars. Right now I would give it 4.5!Will see how it holds out long term. So far asking questions to Solana, the have responded quickly.

which is very nice as well
It's kind of hard to find documentation and information though. As UUB and J said before, there is zero documentation about it and everything I was able to put this thing to work because of a post that UUB did at pfSense forum, then I found the guy that supports this thing here in US, which is very nice as well. BTW thank you UUB for your help! If it wasn't for your post I couldn't have make it through. I installed pfSense and it's running pretty fine! I also upgraded the RAM.As everybody said you may have to switch the jumper in order to have your SSD working. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the lack of the documentation and also because they forgot to send me the SSD mounting bracket, which I believe is on its way.

Easy enough to get setup with drive and RAM
Well packaged - zero documentation. Easy enough to get setup with drive and RAM. As mentioned you need to swap the jumper bank near the SATA plug in order for the drive to be recognized.Performs well (check pfsense hardware forum for details).Rating 4.5 (no documentation).

I liked that this design included multiple Intel gigaNICs
I liked that this design included multiple Intel gigaNICs, had sufficient CPU horsepower, and was small in size. However the small fan in this unit was so loud it was unusable for my application (pfSense router/firewall sitting on my computer desk). I had to return it.
