I bought these to replace another brand I purchased which had lots of other stuff in it I didn't need. These ones are much better and clearly state how much magnesium they contain. I started off taking one every night and then gradually moved up to two per night, to get my stomach used to it - but I haven't had any adverse affects at all. I have a chronic pain condition so I haven't really found that they've helped with aches and pains a noticeable amount (although, it's hard to tell!) - however, they have definitely had an affect on my sleep. Within the first couple of nights taking them, I immediately noticed that I was going to sleep faster. It has always taken me a really long time to fall asleep, sometimes even hours - so I really noticed the difference and I know it was caused by taking the magnesium. I'm really happy with them and this is my second purchase of them now - I intend to keep taking them. They have definitely improved my ability to fall asleep more quickly which has been a great relief.

They seem okay, though I've not noticed much change to my sleep or mood, not full of other ingredients which is good. Arrived within 2 days of ordering.

I specifically bought this magnesium because it clearly states the amount of elemental magnesium, which is surprisingly hard to find with many brands. A lot of supplements list a high dose but don’t make it clear how much elemental magnesium you’re actually getting this one does, which gave me confidence. I’ve been taking it for just over a week, and I’ve already noticed a significant improvement. I was struggling with ongoing knee pain and upper body discomfort, and the difference has been very noticeable. My upper body pain is completely gone My knees feel much, much better (not 100% yet, but a big improvement) The capsules are easy to take and gentle on my stomach. So far, I’m really happy with the results and will definitely continue using it. If you’re looking for a magnesium supplement that actually provides a proper, transparent dose of elemental magnesium, this is a great option.

Am so amazed how this has helped me so much to sleep am going threw menopause and this is the only supplement that’s worked fantastic buy and good value 🙂

The capsules are on the larger side so be aware of this. No effect as yet but perhaps it takes time for them to work. Will update if they show an improvement.

Absolutely spot on! This is my third purchase of this brand. Not a quick fix it takes time to absorb but I couldn't sleep without them now! Helped massively during menopause with resless nights and cramps ( I forgot to order late once and missed a few nights...my god did I know about it!)
