Unisex-Adult Swim Training Fins Rubber Short Blade

These are fantastic fins, my old fins made my feet cramp up after swimming for about 20 minutes, these feel fantastic and I can swim for 50+ minutes and not need to take them off. These are a "midsize" in terms of length, so be aware the shorter the fin, the amount of push you get in the water is reduced. I had a pair of Churchills that were quite stiff and gave me lots of push in the water, but my cramped up after swimming - that's not happening with the Speedo fins. One trick I learned, sometimes people put these on in the water and they are hard to get on. What I found is that if I put a little sunscreen on my feet, just enough to make my feet feel slippery, my feet slide right in and they are super easy to put on. I sit by the side of the pool in my lane and do this and then get in the water, my feet feel so good in these fins once I'm in the water. They do not have the amount of push in the water because they are half-length, but that's ok, they have just enough for me - these are perfect!

Would definitely size up one size. Very good quality though. Would recommend. They feel good on my feet. They are a tad on the heavier size. I can definitely feel my legs working with these on. These are the short fins so i know they arent made for speed.

They fit well, stay on securely, and the silicone feels soft but sturdy. Great propulsion in the water and no foot cramps. Ideal for swim workouts or dive training.

Honestly, I was tired of those long fins that make you feel like a mermaid but don't really help your technique. I switched to these Speedo short blades and the difference was immediate. The best part? They actually make me work. Since the blade is short, I have to kick fast, which really torches my legs and keeps my heart rate up. It feels like "real" swimming, just with a bit of extra power. Plus, they are small enough that they don't take up my whole backpack. One tip from my experience: the rubber is super high quality and durable, but it’s pretty stiff. The first couple of times they felt a bit tight around my toes, but they "broke in" after a week. If you’re worried about blisters, just use a little bit of soap or conditioner to slide them on when you're in the water—it works like a charm. If you’re serious about getting stronger in the pool and want something that won’t break after two months, these are it. I don’t go to the pool without them anymore.

The quality seems good but I can’t speak to durability as I just got them. For me, comfort is good but a little on the tight side. I wear a 11.5 shoe and the size chart goes from XL 10-11 to XXL 12-13 so I’m between sizes and went with XL. The foot pocket is a little short but they are flexible enough that I can get them on in the water without difficulty but not so much when dry. They are soft enough to be comfortable while swimming laps but the blade is stiff enough to give descent power.

I'd been using these fins for about a year. They are sturdy and do what they're supposed to well. Bought them because I hadn't been swimming in recent years and wanted them to aid my kick while I focused on other matter of form and timing in the water. They are a bit snug on my 12.5 feet, but I've had no problem using them or wearing them for the 40-45 minutes I'm in the pool.

It is a good pair of fins, although it has issues. But I don't think it deserves the price ($34). Pros: 1. They propel water well, given its relatively short blade length; In pool swimming I find the water resistance just right for me. 2. Good design, material and finish. Cons: 1. Sizes run small, XXL is still a bit too small for size 11 feet; 2. The sole area is a bit too thick and hence making the fins unnecessarily heavy; 3. The back heel part is too high, hurting my heels. Bought these and I’m so glad I did. They are soft and easy to get on, even in the water, but stay on when kicking. They are perfect for push drills. These are good quality and come with a strap to keep them together.
