Can i adjust the water jet to low setting?

Yes sort of, it comes with different tip attachments that control how much water comes out

The first time I attempted to use it, the tip blew off into the toilet. Can I get a replacement tip?

Mine came with several tips. If you lost one, you should contact the seller.
