I am almost 5'6 134 pounds what size should I get? And is this very firm footing and Streachy?

I am about the same size and I ordered the large and had to return it. I then ordered the medium and it fits well. It is stretchy but not sure what you mean about firm footing?

How does this fit? Im usually a large

I’m usually a medium and ordered a small. It’s pretty tight, but this is something where you want it to fit a bit tighter or it wouldn’t look right.
