I have a 10-year-old Camaro convertible with a fabric top, and I live in the desert Southwest where the sun is extreme. I have used Chemical Guys products for some time and have always been happy with them. I bought my Camaro about a year ago, and the convertible top had clearly been neglected. Cleaning it alone wasn’t enough. Even though we don’t get much rain where I live, I noticed when washing the car that water was leaking through the fabric. I grew up around sailboats, so I knew the canvas needed to be cleaned, protected, and waterproofed. I’ve been using this product for about eight months now, and it has been awesome. We get a tremendous amount of dust here, and that dust works its way into the fabric and makes the top look really dirty. The pictures I attached show just how much dirt can accumulate. This product has made my top look new again. The cleaner works great and is very easy to use. It sprays on easily and rinses off easily as well. It can leave some residue behind, so I recommend using it while you’re washing the car so you can thoroughly rinse everything away. The protectant works great too. After applying it, I can go through the car wash again without any water leaking through the top, so the water protection has worked extremely well for me. It also provides UV protection, which is especially important with the intense desert sun. Like the other Chemical Guys products I’ve used, the scent is pleasant. They tend to add nice fragrances to their products, which makes them enjoyable to work with. I typically get about 3–6 months between treatments. I use the entire bottle of cleaner when thoroughly cleaning my top and about half a bottle of protectant. I find that one coat of protectant is enough for my Camaro since we rarely get rain. After eight months of using these products, I’m very happy with the results. My previously neglected convertible top looks dramatically better, stays protected from the sun, and no longer allows water through when I wash the car. If you have a fabric convertible top, I highly recommend this product for keeping it clean and protected.

Dejó como nueva la capota de mi Mazda Miata, se ve hermoso, hace mucha espuma de forma facil y con un cepillo de zapatos normal la limpie perfectamente !!! El tratamiento hidrofobico quedo genial, con 2 capas quedo super repelente. Cada peso valió la pena !! Se usa poco producto del limpiador, con poco se hace espuma. Se usa regular del protector hidrofobico, es durara menos, pero si rinde muy bien. Super recomendado !!!
