It works, bend the terminals then slide it in.
Fit is perfect, I had to bend the prongs so they are facing straight up then it slid right into place. No issues w/ space. Cost was much less than the pet door brand battery.

Worked great for my dog door
I had to bend the metal plug in bits (can't think of what you call them) so they were straight, but it was easy and the battery fit perfectly in the receptacle for my power pet doors. I have two of these doors so I came back to get a second battery because both of the older batteries stopped working. I didn't realize it until the power went out and there was no battery back up. The price was right too. The older batteries were twice as much.

Fits door great just have to straighten out the terminals with a pair of pliers

Works for wifi power pet door
I'm not certain why people say it doesn't work for the WiFi power pet door. I can't speak for any models other than that one.Yes, you have to bend the prongs out straight, and you need to push pretty hard to get it to snap in. But the battery compartment door closes and it works just fine.

Holds a charge
Great product. The original battery that came with the door wasn't holding a charge After three years, this was inexpensive and works great. It holds a charge for a long time (~4-7 days so far) and such a low cost I bought two so I can have one on the charger ready to go as back up.

Does NOT work with the PX-1 High Tech Power Pet Door.
The description says it works with the High Tech Pet Power Pet Door, but it definitely does not work with the PX-1. Check the images and you can see where the contacts don't line up. Amazon was great about refunding my money, but buyer beware... check the specs before you purchase.
