I use this for a skin condition and since day one of using this it has cleared up the condition. This is the best brand and quality you will find and if you're in a similar situation it is worth a shot, of course it won't work for everyone. Also, unless you live in a very hot climate all year you will need to very so slightly heat this up to use as a lotion. I use a microwave, or sit it in front of a wood fire/heater during winter.

I’ve been using this coconut oil for cooking and also for my hair and skin, and so far I really like it. The 32 oz container is a good size and should last me quite a while. It has that natural coconut smell and flavor, which I actually prefer over the really processed coconut oils.For cooking, I’ve used it for sautéing vegetables and a few other things and it works well. I’ve also used a little on my hair when it feels dry. It can get a little messy since coconut oil is solid when the room is cooler, but thats pretty normal with coconut oil.I like that it’s organic, unrefined and cold-pressed, and the price for this size is pretty reasonable. Nothing fancy, just a good quality coconut oil that I can use for several different things.

My goto when I get out of the shower to keep me moisturized nice big size light scent and great price. Quality is good
