Used as a replacement for a Ducati engine guard. Worked perfectly. Fit and finish were solid.

Its a good spacer. I errored and planned to use it more like a bushing, but the ID is a tad bigger than listed so it would not press fit as I expected, because of course it's made for a bolt to pass through. Still I'm keeping them. I am sure I will end up using them. Way better than a stack of washers.

I need to construct a drill guide to install a series of 1/4-20 threaded inserts. The ID of this bushing is listed as ⅜”; however, as you can see in the photo, it’s over that amount by enough to cause the drill bit to wander too much from 90 degrees. The bushing probably is fine for standoffs and so on, but not so much for more precise applications. I’m trying to decide if I should return it and shop for another one, or if I should spend more time trying to make this set work by stacking them. The old ‘do C to do B to do A’….

I bought the spacer for its 3/8" internal diameter. However, the spacer's actual ID is over 0.4" rather than 0.375". This was too large for my use case, so if you are looking for a precise part this isn't the one. It is worth noting that the OD is pretty much spot on at 0.75".

Ordered a 5 pack of these spacers and only received 1 in the pack and now the item is unavailable.
