These capsules are quick and easy to take! I like that these capsules help to support my child's bone growth and development. My child and I take two at breakfast or at dinner. The content inside the capsule is white. I like that phosphorus is included in it because it is an essential mineral that supports bone development! The addition of vitamin D and calcium are also quite beneficial. Ashwagandha root is a favorite of mine! It just helps to support better sleep quality and stress reduction for us. My son has been taking them daily for almost a year and he eats well. I would not say that he has grown any faster than what would be a natural growth rate for a boy without this supplement. He has grown from 4'11 to 5'1 that time.
