I think its working. With normal medicines i am taking it. Sugar(F) was 280. But after taking this, in 14 days sugar (F) is 125. Previously this value was not at all decreasing. It was toggling between 250and 280.

Ive been using this brand for 2-3 years now. Its one of my go-tos. In my experience benfotiamine and ala help me to protect the nervous system while having to deal with type 2.

It works!
I have been very happy with Doctor's Best products. My Mothers foot Dr. told me about this combination of supplements, but not this brand. I buy these as a more affordable option and have not been disappointed. I take this for neuropathy in my feet. It has been a game changer for me. It took about 3 months to give me full relief. Now I take 1 a day to maintain the reduction of the tingling and burning sensations in my feet. Sometimes I do get slight heartburn after taking it, so drink with quite a bit of fluid and as with most pills, don't take on an empty stomach.
