I was very satisfied with this product. They are sharp, not super heavy and the price is not bad at all.

I bought these scissors to trim my shih-tzu's hair. I have found the groomers' prices to be absolutely un-affordable, so I have to fix my dog's coat myself. I had never given any animal a haircut before this dog and my husband and I given her a few horrid-looking haircuts before I decided to give these scissors a try.Amazing! I use them to trim her face, ears, and tail fur. The haircut looks nice and professional, but is done with my mediocre skills! The scissors allow me to give a decent haircut without having any skill, so for that I recommend them.My only issue with the tool is it is VERY, VERY sharp. I did have one incident where I merely skimmed a finger with these scissors and bled profusely. So be warned.

I was a bit concerned when I read some of the reviews but I am very happy with the performance of these chunkers. I didn't want to spend a lot to try out a new piece of grooming equipment, and am very happy with these. They are well made, sharp, have good balance, and look nice. Have used them to groom several dogs and they do a good job. Well worth the money.

Already sticking and hard to open and close after using on only one dog. Not sharp at all. Returned this the very next day it got delivered. Very sad because I have chunkers from this same brand that are great.

I have been grooming for 30 years, and regularly have students. I ordered these for two students, and I used them, and they are surprisingly sufficient to learn with, and we do not worry as much about them being dropped (and they will be...), as they are very affordable. I ordered two more, as back up shears, while others are being sharpened. I am interested to see how long they hold up. I have returned 3 sets from other companies, as two of four did not work out of the box.
