NOT 300 LED light strips. The number "300" refers to LEDs per meter. I didn't bother to check the number of LEDs for one meter, but it looks like these are 100 LED strips.Having said that, I used them to light the trunk and saddlebags for my Goldwing motorcycle. Lighting was adequate. These are 12V LED strips so they work well in automotive environments. As others have indicated, the adhesive is terrible. I ended up using contact cement on the LED strip and mounting point. That worked well. These strips are not coming loose unless I pull hard.
