Delivery Condition
Although the item is well packed it arrived in a very very warm condition, considering this is a medicine it should have been handled very carefully! The gel capsules were sticking in the bottle and needed time to cool down. I received it at 9pm, the bottle felt 45 degrees! So disappointed :/

good sleep patterns
I have had fibromyalgia since I was 16. (I'm 49) and tried EVERYTHING to relieve my systematic pain, from exercise, good sleep patterns, diet modification, chiropractic, accupunctureand lastly medical (chemical) management, all with moderate to little success. After ramping up to morphine, my physician suggested I try coQ10....I have been using this product for a a little over a year and for the first time since I was 16 know, I know what it is not to be in pain everyday! I highly recommend that amine with fibromyalgia try this product to relieve their pain. It works for me and when I forget to take it for a few days. ..I feel it.
