I started taking this after reading an article that Turmeric could help with joint inflammation. I had been taking another supplement that was always out of stock. I like that the pills at a good size, not too big! My joint pain is better and I have this on subscription and it works for me with little to no side effects! My only issue is the price is a little high but it’s better than taking ibuprofen all the time which is hard on your stomach and this has zero side effects. I take it first thing in the morning everyday and I have very little knee pain. I like to walk and ride my bike so it’s important to me to be able to do that. I also have a 2 year old granddaughter who’s always in the go. This helps me keep up with her which is very important!! I also like that it has collagen which is so important for your skin and regeneration of cells.

It was measurably effective...but has some negative effects (increased nail growth and hair growth)
great effective product if the supplies don't cause a waiting time change....this product has caused a postponement and possibly a cancellation of recommended Knee surgery 3 years ago....you decide!!!!

My husband has tried many turmeric supplements and he says this product is the best. He likes to run and this helps with his joints and muscles. I just started taking it too.

Seems to have been a great help, taking for two years now
One knee every once in a while I will twist it a weird way and it gets sore and swollen for a few days but taking this over the last year seems to have helped a lot it does not happen that often any more maybe every few months
