Will this be good for relaxed hair?

We think that it is good for relaxed hair but please discuss it with your beautician because every hair type is different. Thank you!

can this be used on locs?

I am not sure. Crazy comparison, but I've used this product when my hair was braided. Its just a moisturizer cream. Again not to sure about locs. Sorry.

Does this work on European hair? My hair is so dry I need a good leave in treatment.
