I don't want surgery right now; I have used this successfully in the past. I also combined it with special exercises and some topical castor oil packs for pain. I had a cytocele and an old navel hernia, making that area weaker. It was very painful to walk, but after 3 weeks, I started noticing a bit of difference, then after 3 months, a much bigger improvement. Read about it online. These pills give me a lot of energy and stamina. I started out taking 4 pills once a day a couple of days ago and have dialed back to 3. I did yard work out in 93+ degrees for over 5 hours and did not feel worn out or tired at all. I feel 20 years younger. I know my liver, kidney, and spleen have been a little run down so am very satisfied with the outcome thus far in my Qi-building journey. I feel like I’ve lived in burnout mode for a while now and this is the first time I can say, “wow, I feel great!”. No fatigue and no pain. Awesome!

I always feel fatigue. I feel a lot better after I started with lowest dosage with 5 pills first (instead of 3x 5 pills per day). Will purchase again as needed.

I have bought a couple of bottles but I am not sure how much they are helping with the hernia. I am wearing a belt and doing hernia specific exercises and I think they are helping the most. The Chinese medicine isn't giving me any gut issues so that is good, but I am unlikely to purchase more.
