Rainbow Light Just Once Iron-Free Multivitamin SafeGuard Tablets 120 tablets

I wanted a vitamin that both my boyfriend and I could take (I was so sick of buying mens and womans!). He has an issue with vitamins and getting an upset stomach, so we were recommended to try food-based MultiVitamins. These have worked great for both of us. We are probably getting a bit more than our daily dose on some things (vitamin C and such) but I have felt better. They are large pills, and I HATE swallowing bit pills, but they are wicked easy to break it half by hand and take in two parts. The taste isn't great either, but hey, they're vitamins, I didn't expect a luxury meal.

I have a lot of dietary restrictions due to allergies and intolerance to certain foods, so I have been on the search for a multivitamin that had the nutrients I needed without the ingredients that would make me sick. Rainbow Light Just Once Iron-free Multi's have surpassed my expectations. I feel so much better since I started taking them, and they don't upset my stomach or have any adverse effects. I've tried many brands over the years, but these are by far the best vitamins for the best price.

I'm happy to say that these do not upset my stomach. Most vitamins either upset my stomach or make me constipated. These aren't the smallest of vitamins but still easy enough to swallow once you get used to the size of them. I take these in the morning & after a week rotate to the nights & back again to mornings. So far I've had extra energy & my nails seem to be growing out thicker, which is a plus.

I bought this mainly for the "iron free" part of it. I like the fact that it is vegan also. It does have a noticeable smell to it but nothing that would make you gag or not want to use it. It is much more gentle on the stomach than the typical multivitamin. It still upsets me on an empty stomach so i take it with food in the morning and have alot less upset stomach than other multivitamins. I tried the prenatal one that I found in a store and took it with food and no upset stomach. Just an fyi for the ladies wondering.

These smell SO bad. The pill organizer I put them in for a recent trip is now saturated with this smell and it won't go away. The friend I was traveling with made me move my pill organizer from the nightstand in between our beds and place it across the room because of the vile smell. Sure, they may be great vitamins, but that smell is hard to ignore.

Great product! I can feel the difference. I love the fact it is iron-free due to genetic hemochromatosis I need the iron free formula. I have tried others, however, this vitamin works better for me than any other. I hope they continue to make this product.

Great vitamins. Was surprised that they were not prenatal vitamins. Compared these to my old prenatals and these are better. And they are plant based so your body digests them better. All I needed was more folic acid and that was an easy fix. Only thing is, like plant based vitamins, they are a bit stinky.

I think this is one of the best food-based multivitamins/minerals on the market if not the best. It provides the vitamins and minerals in the percentages I need without going overboard. Rainbow Light has been making some changes but I hope they keep this one. This product has helped me stay healthy for more than a decade. I love it.
